This Privacy Policy describes how Pipedrive Cards (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our integration application (the “App”) within the Miro platform. This App is designed to display Pipedrive sales data as visual cards on Miro boards.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following limited types of data to provide the App’s services:

  • Pipedrive Data: Via the Pipedrive API, we fetch read-only data for the deals you select, specifically: Deal Name, Value, Stage, Owner Name, and Close Date. We do not modify this data on your behalf.
  • Authentication Data: We store Pipedrive OAuth2 access and refresh tokens to maintain your secure connection. These tokens are encrypted and stored securely.
  • Miro User Data: We process your unique Miro User ID to associate your Pipedrive connection with your Miro session.
  • Usage Metrics: We log basic usage events, such as the number of deals loaded (to enforce subscription limits) and interaction events.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

  1. Service Delivery: To render draggable, interactive deal cards on your Miro boards using the Miro Web SDK.
  2. Authentication: To verify your identity and maintain a secure connection to your Pipedrive account without requiring repeated logins.
  3. Service Limitation: To track usage against applicable tier limits (e.g., maximum active deal cards).

We utilize the following third-party infrastructure to operate the App. Your data may be processed by these providers:

4. Data Retention and Security
