Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Pipedrive Cards application (“Service”, “App”) operated by Pipedrive Cards (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the App within the Miro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pipedrive Cards is an integration tool that allows users to visualize Pipedrive sales data as interactive cards on Miro boards. The Service relies on the API availability of both Pipedrive and Miro to function.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • You must possess a valid Pipedrive account and a valid Miro account to use the Service.
  • You authorize us to access your Pipedrive data via OAuth2 credentials solely for the purpose of displaying deal information on your Miro boards.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Pipedrive and Miro credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Subscription and Usage Limits

The Service is offered under different tiers, which may include:

  • Free Tier: Limited to a specific number of active deal cards (e.g., 10 deals) per board or user.
  • Premium Tier: Paid subscriptions allowing for higher or unlimited limits.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits or pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pipedrive Cards. “Pipedrive” is a trademark of Pipedrive Inc., and “Miro” is a trademark of RealtimeBoard Inc. This Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pipedrive or Miro beyond standard developer integration agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pipedrive Cards, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
